• Business English – a business English course from elementary (A2) to advanced (C1) levels, focusing on vocabulary and topics used in the world of business, trade, finance, and international relations. This course will help you develop the skills needed for typical business communication, such as presentations, negotiations, meetings, small talk, social gatherings, correspondence, and report writing.

• Exam Course – online exam preparation for candidates taking Cambridge language exams: Preliminary (B1), First (B2), Advanced (C1). In class, you will not only learn the required structures and vocabulary but also the best technical approach to the exam. You will learn what to watch out for and how to avoid common exam traps to ensure you don't lose valuable points due to simple mistakes.

• Speaking – online sessions with an emphasis on speaking: improving pronunciation, learning fluency techniques, eliminating common lexical and grammatical errors, gaining confidence, and preparing for job interviews and self-presentations. In each lesson, you will discuss a different topic, learn the most frequently used words and phrases, and practice one useful grammar point per chapter. Every session is a great opportunity for interesting discussion, exchanging opinions, and polishing your accuracy, pronunciation, and fluency.

About me

Hi, my name is Przemek. I am the founder and the head teacher at UP2 Academy. I am an English Linguistics graduate with a specialty in teaching English as a foreign language. Teaching is my biggest passion and I have devoted many years to it. I have had a chance to work in various environments not only in my home country, but also around the world, mainly in South America. All the gained experience has given me a deeper insight into the problems English learners struggle the most with.

Good teachers are those who try to constantly train themselves in order to improve and embrace new teaching trends. That is why, apart from my MA in English, I hold a Diploma in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages – Delta, which is the highest and most recognised diploma in the field of teaching English as a foreign language. Furthermore, during my school and university period, I had the opportunity to learn 7 foreign languages, so I know exactly what it is like to ‘start from scratch’ and what kind of difficulties one might face during the learning process.

Nowadays, the ability to speak English gives us countless opportunities; from personal ones – like talking with people from all over the world or travelling without fear – to professional ones – such as the possibility of getting a promotion, a higher salary or a good job abroad. I am myself a living proof of how the ability to speak a foreign language has a positive effect on both private and professional lives.

Q: What kind of courses does UP2 Academy offer?
A: We offer General English, Business English, Exam Course (PET, FCE, CAE, CPE, Matura), Speaking and Individual courses.
Q: Who are these courses for?
A: The courses are intended for everyone with a computer / laptop or telephone with Internet access, for whom convenience and flexibility in terms of classes count.
Q: What do I need to participate in these courses?
A: You need a computer, laptop or any mobile device with access to the Internet along with an account on the educational platform. A Skype/Messenger/Zoom account, webcam and headphones or speakers with a microphone are also required.
Q: How long does one class last?
A: Each class lasts 60 minutes.
Q: How can I book a class?
A: You can book it immediately after a class, via email, WhatsApp or via UP2 Booking.
Q: Can I take a free trial class?
A: Yes. Before the start of the course, a free organizational meeting is recommended, where the level of advancement will be assessed and the details of our cooperation will be discussed. Just use the contact form, e-mail or UP2 Booking website.
Q: What is UP2 Club?
A: These are additional individual or group classes that provide opportunities for integration, informal discussion, and language games. Registration for classes is available on the UP2 Booking website.
Q: Can I cancel or reschedule a class?
A: Yes. You can cancel or postpone a lesson via email, Whatsapp or UP2 Booking website, although it has a negative impact on the learning process and the availability of dates, so it is not recommended. Details of canceling / postponing lessons can be found in the Terms and Conditions.
Q: Can I be late for a class?
A: Yes. You will not be able to make up for the lost time by extending the lesson on the same or another day.
Q: What are the payment methods?
A: You can pay for each course by card (debit or credit) via the Prices tab on the website, selecting the appropriate option and following the instructions displayed on the screen, or by transfer to the account number provided in the Terms and Conditions and in the welcome message confirming the start of the course.
